PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Atlantic Hotel is a building built in the early 1900’s. Schwan’s Food Company is renovating the building to accommodate a restaurant and lounge. The building is a three-story structure with a basement. Renovation includes structural corrective work to the footings with Helical Piles, wood framed structural steel corrective work, replacing or tuckpointing the brick veneer, and renovations to accommodate the restaurant.
